The following are the terms and conditions of the online Store of the Cracow University of Technology in Krakow, which include information about, among other things, how to place an order and conclude a sales contract, forms of delivery and payment available in the online Store, the procedure for withdrawal from the contract, or the complaint procedure. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The online Store is owned by the Cracow University of Technology in Krakow, with its registered office at 24 Warszawska Street, 31-155 Krak\u00f3w, which has a legal personality under Art. 12 of the Act of 27 July 2005 – Law on Higher Education (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2012, item 572 as amended), NIP: 675 000 62 57, REGON: 000001560. <\/p>\n\n

The unit responsible for running the Store and contacting customers is the CUT\u2019s Promotion Department. The Customer can contact the Store at the following address: Promotion Department, 24 Warszawska Street, 31-155 Krak\u00f3w, e-mail address: sklep@pk.edu.pl<\/a> (on business days from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm), phone 12 628 20 65, 12 628 20 66 (weekdays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm). <\/p>\n\n

\u00a71<\/strong> Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

For the purposes of these Regulations, the following terms shall have the following meanings:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Regulations<\/strong> – these rules and regulations are available at: http:\/\/sklep.local\/regulamin-sklepu\/<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Seller<\/strong> – Cracow University of Technology at 24 Warszawska Street, 31-155 Krak\u00f3w, NIP: 675-000-62-57, <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Store<\/strong> – online Store available at http:\/\/sklep.local\/<\/a>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Customer<\/strong> – a natural person, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality, but with legal capacity, using the Online Store, http:\/\/sklep.local\/<\/a> including, in particular, making purchases,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Product<\/strong> – a product available in the Store,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Consumer <\/strong>– a natural person who enters into a sales contract with the Seller not directly related to his business or professional activity,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Buyer<\/strong> – a) a natural person, including a Consumer, who has legal capacity and\/or has reached at least 13 years of age, whereby if the person is under 18 years of age, the consent of his legal representative or legal guardian is required, as well as b) a legal person and an organizational unit that is not a legal person, which is specifically granted legal capacity by law, which uses or intends to use the Online Store,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Shopping cart<\/strong> – a functionality of the Online Store that allows the Customer to display the products selected by the Customer for purchase, as well as to enter and modify order data such as: number of products, delivery address, invoice data, delivery method, payment methods,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Payment operator <\/strong>– a third party to the Seller intermediating in the processing of payments by bank transfer or payment card.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    \u00a72<\/strong> Preliminary provisions<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    1. The Seller engages in retail sales through the Store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. The Regulations define the terms and conditions of using the Store, as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller and Buyers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. An active e-mail address is required to make a purchase, i.e., to conclude a sales contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. The Buyer cannot make the purchase anonymously or under a pseudonym.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. All product prices listed on the Store\u2019s pages are gross prices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Cracow University of Technology sells products with the Cracow University of Technology logo through an online store website, via the internet. The Seller has the exclusive right to the logo on the products. The product image presented in the Online Store is a visualization of its actual appearance and is for informational purposes only. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      \u00a73<\/strong> CUT Online Store buying rules.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      1. The Buyer orders the product through the website: sklep.pk.edu.pl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. The Buyer can place an order as a registered customer or as a guest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. The registered Customer is the Buyer with an account on the Store\u2019s website. The Buyer can create an account when placing an order. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. When ordering a product, the Customer selects the product, specifying in particular the size, color, and any other information, as well as specifying the number of pieces of the ordered product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. The Store is not responsible for manufacturers misrepresenting product parameters or properties. The number of products offered within the Store is variable and subject to constant updating. The Seller reserves the possibility of the product being temporarily unavailable in the colors, sizes, language versions, quantities, etc., requested by the Customer. Information about the temporary unavailability of the product will be made available on the Store\u2019s website. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. The Customer clicks the \u201cAdd to Cart\u201d icon after selecting a product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. To complete the order, the Customer proceeds to the shopping cart by clicking the \u201cCart\u201d icon. This page shows all the products selected by the Customer. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      8. After selecting the \u201cCheckout\u201d option, a page will launch where the Customer\u2019s data necessary to complete the transaction and ship or pick up the ordered product must be entered:\n
